The court has issued an arrest warrant against People's Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC) leader Chumphon Junsai for allegedly obstructing advance voting in Bangkok on January 26.
A post in the Facebook page of the police spokesman's team said Wednesday that the Thon Buri Criminal Court had issued an arrest warrant against Chumphon for allegedly getting protesters to surround the Phasi Charoen district office and block voters from exercising their right. The district office was the polling station for Bangkok Constitution 31. The statute of limitations in this case is 10 years.
